Product Description
Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe in the factory with various diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
They are capable of implementing various anti-corrosion coating techniques, including Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE), two-layer FBE, two-layer Polyethylene (PE), two-layer Polypropylene (PP), and three-layer PE coatings.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

Application
The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating is advanced technology as the outer protective layer of buried pipe, widely used in the anti-corrosion of gas and oil transmission pipeline, urban gas supply, water supply pipe and other fluid transmission pipeline.
The 3 - layer PE anti - corrosion coating can enhance the pipeline's mechanical properties. It also endows the pipeline with high electrical resistance, as well as excellent waterproof, wear - resistant, and anti - aging performances.
